Putzmeister India goes into bauma CONEXPO India 2026 with a proposition that is considerably broader than its traditional identity as a concrete-pump specialist. Batching plants, stationary pumps, truck-mounted pumps, truck mixers, placing systems, digital monitoring and electric mobility are now part of the company’s India portfolio.e
At Greater Noida from September 15 to 18, Putzmeister will be at Hall 16, Booth B41, with consistent batching and advanced pumping among the themes around its presence. The exhibition comes at a time when equipment users are looking beyond headline capacity to operating efficiency, availability, service support and the ability to keep projects moving.
For Putzmeister, the broader portfolio creates a larger role across the concrete-production and placement cycle. A metro viaduct, high-rise project, highway package, bridge, tunnel or RMC operation can involve very different equipment requirements, and the ability to address more than one part of that chain gives the company a wider point of engagement with customers.
The BSA 1407 D Ultima is one example of the stationary pumping equipment in the portfolio. Published specifications give an output of up to 72 cubic metres an hour and delivery pressure of up to 106 bar. Putzmeister also cites fuel-efficiency improvement of up to 17 percent, enhanced agitator synchronisation and advanced diagnostic capabilities.
The BSA 1405 D Classic, launched in India in June 2025, adds another option to the stationary-pumping range. Its published specifications give maximum output of up to 54 cubic metres an hour and concrete pressure of up to 91 bar, depending on configuration. The machine is positioned for applications including residential and mid-rise construction, bridges and long-distance pumping.
Together, the machines illustrate how Putzmeister is addressing different requirements within stationary pumping, while the wider portfolio brings batching, pumping, placing and concrete transportation into the same India proposition.
Factory Depth
Manufacturing is an important part of that proposition. Putzmeister has expanded its facility in Goa for batching plants and stationary concrete pumps, with the expansion aimed at increasing production capacity and improving delivery capability.
The India operation’s product portfolio includes batching plants, stationary pumps, truck-mounted boom pumps, truck mixers and equipment for applications including tunnelling and mining. Its India brochures also cover Putzmeister placing booms and mortar solutions, alongside selected SANY equipment.

CRISIL’s January 2026 rating rationale puts the revenue of Putzmeister Concrete Machines Pvt Ltd at Rs 940 crore in fiscal 2025, compared with Rs 613 crore in fiscal 2022. CRISIL reaffirmed the company’s long-term rating at BBB+/Stable and cited factors including its established clientele, scale of operations and order flow.

Electric Turn
The iONTRON adds another dimension to that strategy.
Putzmeister announced its electric mixer truck in India in August 2026, describing the iONTRON as India’s first ARAI-certified electric mixer truck. It uses a 282 kWh LFP battery and has a claimed range of up to 200 km, with 205 kW rated power and 405 kW peak power.
The significance of the vehicle is not simply the introduction of an electric product. It brings Putzmeister into a developing area of concrete transportation where operating patterns, charging infrastructure, duty cycles and energy costs will influence adoption.
Urban RMC operations and projects with relatively predictable routes could provide different conditions from remote infrastructure sites. That makes application suitability an important part of the electric-equipment proposition.
