Former AP CM Condoles MS Rajajee’s demise

Hyderabad:  The former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday condoled the death of former chief secretary MS Rajajee.  He said it came as a great shock when he t received the sad message of  M.S. Rajajee passing away.

He said Rajajee, a 1962 batch IAS officer, was a formidable officer and above all a wonderful human being. He further said that when he was a research scholar at SV University, Tirupati, Rajajee was the Collector and district Magistrate of Chittoor District. “I fondly recall how he encouraged me to lead the students by being a great source of inspiration.”

Later, Rajajee became the Chief Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh through sheer hard work. He was the Chief Secretary during my tenure as the Chief Minister, when the State was undergoing through a transition process, he successfully steered that with his impeccable administrative capabilities.

He said M.S. Rajajee will be fondly remembered by Telugu people for his sincerity, integrity, deep knowledge about administration, and above all his wonderful personality and character. “I pray to the Almighty to grant eternal peace to his great soul and provide strength to his family members in this moment of sorrow and grief,” he added.
