Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA), in collaboration with the Karimnagar District Cricket Association and the Mahabubnagar District Cricket Association, has announced the establishment of regional cricket coaching camps at Karimnagar and Mahabubnagar to strengthen grassroots cricket development across Telangana.
While Karimnagar will serve as the North Telangana hub, Mahabubnagar will cater to aspiring cricketers from the southern districts.
The year-round camps will offer professional coaching, modern training facilities, fitness and physiotherapy support, video analysis and specialised training programmes for talented male and female cricketers across age groups.
The initiative aims to identify and nurture emerging talent, provide greater opportunities to district-level players and strengthen the pathway to state and national team selection.
The HCA Secretary, Jeevan Reddy, in an official statement, said the regional hubs reflect its commitment to decentralising cricket development and taking quality coaching closer to promising players across Telangana.
