Chandigarh: A day after the BJP claimed that ‘lotus’ will now bloom in Punjab following its resounding poll victory in West Bengal, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday retorted that Punjab is not a truck that now someone else’s turn has come to drive it.
Mann also said that the saffron party may end up winning no seats in the 2027 assembly polls.
Buoyed by its stunning performance in the West Bengal Assembly Polls, the Punjab BJP on Monday said the party will also claim Punjab in 2027 in the next assembly election.
