TTD Seeks Land for Temple, Info Center in Mumbai

Tirupati: TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu has formally requested Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to allocate land for the construction of a Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple in Navi Mumbai and a TTD Information Center in Bandra. The request was handed over in the presence of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu during the International Temple Convention at Asha Convention Center in Tirupati on Monday.

The convention, inaugurated by the Chief Ministers of AP, Maharashtra, and Goa’s Pramod Sawant, is a three-day event focused on temple administration and development.

Previously, 3.61 acres in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, were leased for a Sri Venkateswara temple. TTD now seeks an additional 1.5 acres for the Ammavari temple and space for the information center.
