The “World Gin Awards” are widely regarded as the “Oscars” of the gin industry, recognizing excellence in gin production globally. The awards, organized annually, select the best gins in various internationally recognized styles and promote them to consumers and the trade. They are considered a prestigious competition, similar in stature to the Academy Awards for film.
“London Dry Gin is one of the world’s most popular gin styles, making it an incredibly competitive category. The World Gin Awards select the very best gins in the internationally recognised gin styles and promotes the world’s best gins to trade and consumers. The award is equivalent of winning the World Cup of gin, with the top entries from each country required to compete against one another until a winner is decided.
