This highlights the event’s commitment to maintaining high standards and nurturing talent to international levels in sailing competitions.
This year also marks the resurgence of multi-class regattas, expected to bring together a diverse array of sailing enthusiasts and contribute to the growing popularity and competitive spirit of sailing in India.
Precursor events included comprehensive powerboat courses and a YAI Coaching Camp for NCC cadet sailors from across the country, reflecting the event’s inclusive spirit. The camp emphasized training girl sailors and featured sessions for children from the BASS Orphanage, fostering a love for sailing among the younger generation.
