Hyderabad: In a notable development, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has appointed Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) Secretary R Devraj as the Manager of Team India for the ICC Champions Trophy. The tournament is set to begin on February 19 in Dubai.
The HCA hailed this appointment as a significant milestone for the association, which has received such recognition after several years. “This honor reflects the hard work and dedication of the entire HCA fraternity,” an official press note stated.
Devraj expressed gratitude to the BCCI for the trust placed in him and acknowledged the support of his HCA colleagues in achieving this milestone.
The HCA extended its congratulations to Devraj and wished Team India success in the prestigious tournament.
