Hyderabad: Arindam Sinha, Regional Executive Director (ER-II), NTPC Ltd, has assumed additional charge as Regional Executive Director (South). He took over the role on Friday at the company’s Southern Regional Headquarters in Secunderabad.
Sinha, who joined NTPC in 1989 as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Farakka Thermal Power Station, has over three decades of experience in power plant operations, maintenance management, and project execution. An alumnus of BEC Sirpur with a BE in Mechanical Engineering, he also holds a PG Diploma in Finance from MDI Gurgaon.
NTPC officials said his leadership has been pivotal in optimizing operations and improving efficiency across multiple projects. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening NTPC’s operations and growth in the southern region.
