Hyderabad: The Art of Living Foundation’s three-day Navaratri Mahotsav in City, held under the divine guidance of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, concluded today with an atmosphere of devotion, cultural vibrance, and spiritual fulfillment. The celebration drew thousands of devotees from across Telangana who immersed themselves in rituals, chants, dance, and satsangs that blended tradition with spiritual depth.
The Mahotsav commenced on September 28 with sacred Ganapati, Navagraha, Subrahmanya, and Vastu Homas, performed with Vedic precision under the guidance of Swami Shraddhananda Ji. The powerful chants and purnahutis uplifted devotees into a state of collective spiritual bliss.
In the evening, devotion deepened with Mahalakshmi and Sudarshana Homas, the collective chanting of the Lalita Sahasranama, and Kumkumarchana. Cultural offerings included Bathukamma performances, celebrating Telangana’s unique floral festival. Thousands of participants were blessed with consecrated Sri Chakras, while a soul-stirring satsang of bhajans led by Swami Suryaprada Ji moved the gathering into waves of joy and devotion. Ramgopalpet corporator Ms. Suchitra Srikanth graced the occasion and expressed delight at witnessing such large-scale collective bhakti.

The morning of September 29 witnessed the powerful Rudra Puja and Rudra Homa, invoking Lord Shiva in his Rudra form to dispel fear, remove obstacles, and bless the community with peace and prosperity.
In the evening, Bathukamma Puja and vibrant Kuchipudi performances added a cultural flavor to the sacred rituals. The Chandi Kalasha Sthapana and Chandi Parayanam further elevated the atmosphere with their Vedic resonance. The day also saw the presence of distinguished leaders — Sri N. Ramachander Rao (BJP President, Telangana), Sri Etela Rajender (MP, Medchal–Malkajgiri), and Smt. Srivani (GHMC Corporator, Saroor Nagar) — who shared their gratitude for being part of the divine gathering.

The final day, September 30, was marked by the powerful Chandika Homa, invoking Goddess Chandika’s blessings of courage, protection, and strength. The sacred vibrations resonated through the venue, filling devotees with renewed energy and inner peace.
Sharing his blessings, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Ji conveyed an uplifting message:
“Move on in life with the confidence that you will be given everything in abundance, and that you are being protected by the Divine. There is a divine armor around you; you have nothing to worry about. When you are content, you automatically radiate peace.”
Over three days, the Mahotsav blossomed into a confluence of spirituality and culture. Devotees engaged in homas, pujas, chants, satsangs, and dance performances, experiencing deep inner joy and collective upliftment. The rituals were performed not just for personal well-being but also for the peace, prosperity, and holistic progress of Telangana and society at large.
The Mahotsav concluded with a profound sense of fulfillment and unity, leaving devotees inspired to carry the blessings of courage, harmony, and abundance into their lives and communities.
The event was organized with devotion by the Art of Living Telangana Apex Body, with support from State Teachers’ Coordinators (STCs), Zonal Teachers’ Coordinators (ZTCs), and hundreds of volunteers. Their collective efforts ensured a seamless festival that uplifted both the individual spirit and the collective consciousness of society.
