What crime Etala has committed to receive such unsavory reward from KCR?

(Our Bureau)

Is the Chief Minister Kalvakunta Chandrasekhara Rao is feeling the heat and gone into introspection of losing one of its most trusted follower like Etala Rajender, as his party’s return to power becoming increasingly tougher and tougher in the state assembly elections whenever they are conducted.

Many continue to ponder what crime Etala Rajender has committed to face such humiliation from his leader and state chief minister? Was it for being loyal and working shoulder-to-shoulder with KCR during the separate statehood movement? Also burning his own personal purse to keep the momentum even during the absence of the chief minister? Is that ‘reward’ of an accusation of land grabbing all that the young OBC leader deserves? Even foisting fake land grab cases against him and his family on a complaint from some local farmers.

What also surprised many was that his resignation was accepted by the Assembly Speaker, Pocharam Srinivas Reddy,. He also issued a gazette notifying the vacancy created by Etala’s resignation and sought the Election Commission to conduct the by-poll to Huzurabad assembly constituency. Why the Speaker even the Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar acted in a haste to instruct the district collector to conduct an inquiry into the alleged lang grab allegations and crucified him in the report.

This was in spite of the Congress challenging the Speaker to apply the same yardstick to 12 of their colleagues who deserted from their party and joined TRS.

Many bound to ask the KCR is the culture of the Telanaga to reward a person who stood all along with him? They also ask him why he has to stoop down the level of foisting fake cases of encroaching assigned lands of 1994. That too, of a person whose unquestionable personal honesty and integrity? Does KCR feel that the people are not watching people for punishing a leader like Etala? Will they not respond with befitting answer in the upcoming polls? They also wanted to remind KCR that power is not eternal and that he should not forget.
