BSNL launches centralized web selfcare portal

BSNL Centralise Web Selfcare Portal (CWSC), a user friendly Selfcare Portal , an improvised selfcare service with additional features in a single platform for all the services rendered by BSNL like Land Line, Broadband, GSM (postpaid and prepaid) etc. for the customers under East zone at present and the same will be extended to all over India shortly.

Director(CFA), BSNL Board, N K Gupta, while inaugurating this portal said, the newly introduced Self-care portal will help BSNL Customers to access different types of service like Land Line, Broadband, GSM (Post-paid/Prepaid) to manage their account efficiently and effectively under a single CWSC account.

The login can be done through social media like Facebook and Goggle+. The features are:

  • Quick and easy Online payment.
  • New Service requests for Landline and Broadband.
  • Request for additional facilities on Landline & Broadband service.
  • Register complaint and tracking of it.
  • View Invoices, Billed and Unbilled Usage with graphical representation.
  • Pay bills and Recharge/Top-up mobile online.
  • Redemption of Loyalty points.
  • Prepaid balance enquiry, Validity checks, recharge history etc.
  • Existing and prospective customer can register using his mobile number and Email ID on CWSC
